  • Accountability
  • Commitment
  • Conflict
  • Trust

  1. Trust Each Other- When the team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another. They are able to build vulnerability-based trust. Likewise, you might accept the signal and interest to others in such a way that helps them feel comfortable opening up to you in turn.
  2. Engage in Conflict Around Ideas-  When there is trust, team members are able to engage in unfix constructive debate of ideas. Basically, to maintain healthy relationships, sometimes prefer to gloss over differences to avoid mutual tension and keep things in a positive manner. This tendency may contribute to the constructive argument in teams.
  3. Commitment- Basically, when team members are able to offer opinions and agreement of ideas. Here, people are likely to commit to a decision when their ideas are part of the discussion. Since connecting with people is more enjoyable,
  4. Accountability- When every team member is committed to a clear scheme so that they will be more willing to hold one another accountable. Holding team members accountable may not be easy if you fear it could damage your bonds. For stronger hold on bonds, keep things upbeat and do much rather focus on the positive than calling to negative issues.
  5. Results-  Everyone’s focus is on achieving collective results. The optimum goal of establishing bigger trust, Conflict, Commitment, And Accountability is one thing.  And most important with your ability to generate passion and top priority. May be able to create a sense of team spirit, purpose, and excitement that can drive teams to focus on the end goal.
