What is Disc? To know the personality behavior within the employee!

The disc is basically the report of a complete series of questions about your personality and behavior. This model provides a basic common language that people can use to better understand themselves and moreover to adapt their behaviors with others. For example: within a work team, sales relationship, a leadership position or other relationships. It increases your self-knowledge in order for how you respond to conflict and what motivates you and what causes you stress and how you resolve it. It also improves working relationships by recognizing the communication and by knowing the needs of team members. It facilitates better teamwork and teaches productive conflicts. In addition, it develops stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles.
